Add vignette / tutorial demoing key features of the package #21

Ideally we want a vignette which covers how to

specify a target distribution,
create a proposal,
create one or more adapters,
create an initial chain state,
sample a chain including role of trace function,
extract traces and statistics from results.

It would also be nice to cover

how to interface with BridgeStan,
showing progress bars,
interfacing with output analysis / visualizing packages.
