Updates how notebooks will be used during the course #199

We haven't used notebooks in the course for a while as class exercises. Encouraging the use of modern IDEs instead. This change may help students to understand how the course works.

Should we explain why or link to some drawbacks of notebooks? Or we can do that during the class.

we can add a link to Joel's presentation I don't like notebooks (youtube) though I wouldn't like to give that view in its own without some other details.
