Remove the default project in the repo.

[x] Add the project as a separate Github repo.
[x] Update the Documentation by showing two examples
[x] One example will show how to containerise the CPU project.
[x] One example will show how to containerise the GPU project.
[x] Move the coverage and tests to the repo too.
