Zip and extract EnergyPlus #12

Include zipped versions EnergyPlus for each platform, and unzip only the one which is needed in the initial setup routine. After this, all of the zip files can be deleted in order to save space.

The current included EnergyPlus files are v8.9. If this is to be updated, the equivalent resources from the newer version need to be included (and similarly, the excluded resources can remain excluded).
