Generate simulation summary report

After simulation has completed, a summary report could be produced which provides details of input data, weather file, config settings etc.

• Could pop up on screen, and provide an option to save
• Could appear as a link in the completion banner

This would also allow the following changes to be made:

• Any EP failures can be reported in the summary report - main issue: #21
