feat: implement GET /lobby and DELETE /lobby/:id #37

Features

GET /lobby now returns array of all lobbies a user is participating in
DELETE /lobby/:id deletes the lobby from DB and removes the lobby from all users' lobby lists

closes #24, closes #29
