Update calibration values obtained in Fall 2022 Pre-Hotfire calibration campaign. #22

Adds calibration values obtained as a part of #10 calibration campaign into source code with (temporary) labels that reflect physical PT labels.

Additionally update ADC reference voltage to match current experimentally-determined value.

@philipdoucla this PR performs this calibration value change, so the issue can be closed once this is merged.

Closing/merging due to approval.

Rebased on main due to dependency for #7 closure (which has now been closed).

Due to acceptance of changes before rebasing, bypassing required acceptance for merge.
