Based on last year operation, we used to be able to open the Grafana server via the rocket.local host name and NOT the direct IP address (http://192.168.0.99:3000/). I assume there's perhaps a mis-understanding on this server name? Or perhaps in the process of uploading this code to Github version control, this change was lost.

Determine how to specify the host-name for the Grafana server, and determine what (if any) is currently set (and fix accordingly). Perhaps this is an issue with the DNS server we've setup on the router?
