Essentially, with a system that is being actively upgraded, we should have more general Grafana dashboards for each operation (functional test, calibration, cold flow, hot fire, launch). Let's use this ticket to make those as needed. Of course, each operation may have specific requirements, but having this working-set of Grafana dashboard will ease up the pain of modification/creation later.

As expected, these dashboards will be used by the Propulsion team. Let's double-check with them first what they ideally want in a "general" dashboard, letting them know that this is not "set-in-stone", but is something we can use later down-the-road.

Due to the apparent hard-coding nature of the data channels defining the data streaming for Grafana Live, we may not be able to fully generalize these dashboards. However, perhaps with the config work done with (#49), this might be able to be done in an effective manner.
