feat: APPS-2669 Add ES to staff-listing template #809

Page/Pages Created/updated: /about/staff/index.vue

Notes:

After adding ES to staff listing page, there was an issue with updates to checked state of subject librarian, it is fixed in the latest compone package alpha version.
Also added a new GH action, to manually deploy nuxt3 branch to stage or other environments if needed.
