chore: APPS-2716 Update Nuxt3 config #813

Connected to APPS-2716

Added configuration for page transitions and progress bar loading
- In Nuxt3, settings for progress bar loading are now enabled via the <NuxtLoadingIndicator> component, which is added to app.vue
