Summary:

The majority of the manuscript is a lectionary; how will the table of contents be done?
Portions at the end are secondary texts, or rather, a new codicological unit. How to parse?

@arnwinej fyi I've made a few comments but overall I think we are still working out how the table of contents will look for lectionaries and other liturgical texts
