Notes:

I have blockform PR. ready for review and merge, you won't be able to test the registration if you don't have VPN, but you can check the forms and the changes I made to the file, also converted SectionWrapper and SectionHeader to script setup and in the ButtonLink, added logic to not show the icon if the icon is empty https://github.com/UCLALibrary/ucla-library-website-components/pull/492
