fix: APPS-2637 Fix issues in FlexibleBlock's nested components

Notes - Fixes:

• Display headings and summaries in nested components
• Proper text formatting of pullquote content
• Correct background color in CTA block
  • Previous behavior: background was dark even though data value was set to false
