feat: create ftva themes for BlockCardWithImage, SectionCardWithImage, + bugfix

Components Updated: BlockCardWithImage.vue, SectionTeaserCard.vue

Notes:

Rather than creating another component to render a list of BlockCardWithImages, I have added a sectionTitle prop to SectionTeaserCard which is displayed with a :before element using css.
