Fault Tolerance of All Modules #7

We need to add to the specs to reflect our plans for strong fault tolerance with all of our software modules. We should be able to handle sudden disconnects from vibrations, radio interference, sudden rapid disassembly of rocket, etc.

I can update the github as well. We can use their safety standards or go by someone else's if they seem too strict. I need to read into them.
