Build works in maven and docker(-compose) #2

Building core and hl7-reader now works in command line maven and via the docker-compose files. More refactoring of the various docker config files is still needed. IDE build not yet tested.

Weird. I didn't even make any extra changes. Since you've approved, I'm going to override it and merge anyway.
