As a Manager, I want to view stock data in graphs, so I can monitor stock levels, trends, and filter data by specific attributes.

The manager can access a dashboard showing stock levels over time.
The dashboard provides filters by item type, date range, and time.
Graphs show stock trends like incoming deliveries, sales data, and stock depletion rates.
