Mentor Graphics project file for BEE3top #18

It seems that, due to some security feature, the Mentor Graphics project files cannot be read or copied, so you have to create a new project when you do synthesis in Mentor Graphics Precision Synthesis. I have modified the instructions in the wiki:

I have just followed the new instructions on the wiki for synthesis using Mentor Graphics Precision Synthesis and it worked! However, I noticed that the clock_manager.sv file is not included in the instructions although it needs to be added, when creating a new project, as one of the input files.
