Tested interface between ENoC and NetEmulation #22

Hi Phil, hope all is well.

I have connected ENoC to net emulation and seen it sending and receiving packets in the wave window. Everything seemed to work fine, but then I haven't yet really looked at how NetEmulation works so I'm not 100% sure.

I had to make minor changes to the net emulation files to get it to compile, as there were problems, I will raise these as issues.
