wave_spec.do file missing #24

When running net.do I had to comment out wave_spec.do as it isn't in the repository. I don't know if this is important?

wave_spec.do is a configuration for the wave window relating to the speculative network. Probably each network will need a different configuration showing the signals which are important in that network. You can create a waveform do file by setting up your wave window as you want it and selecting save from the wave file menu.
