Following a sequence search, the user can view the detailed alignment between the query sequence and a particular search hit for the "FunFam" results. However, it is not currently possible to view the alignment with the "domain" results in a similar manner.
It would be useful to add the functionality to view the query sequence aligned to the structural domain.
