Could be useful to provide a mapping of EC and GO annotations for a given CATH release.
Possible issue is that all GO annotations for all domain annotations (CATH + Gene3D) would be a huge file.
Alternative would be to generate this dynamically from UniProtKB API, however this would not capture the state of the GO / EC annotations at the point of release.
