I've noticed that CATH classification is not available for several PDB entities that were published quite a some time ago (2018-2020, for example 6PSC, 6M58, and 7B5S).
Could you please clarify why these entitites were not processed by CATH? And is there still a way to get superfamily classification and domain bounderies for these entities?
