I have made changes to add the 19Q2 data to depmap, including new .R and .Rd files. Build/checking the package reports no warnings or notes.

Something's weird here - there are 2 sets of R files, one per release, with redundant documentation. There is no need for two. One is enough, that compile the documentation for all releases.
