accessor functions not exported #47

@lgatto I noted an error in that all of the accessor functions except one were not exported to the NAMESPACE.

The accessor functions have been added to the namespace. I have double checked to ensure that all of the accessor functions work as intended. The package has been built and checked, with no notes or errors. The fixed version has been pushed to branch 19_Q3. I will be submitting a pull request shortly.
