Fix 20Q4 copyNumber and mutationCalls data #62

This PR bugfixes:

  1. the 20Q4 copyNumber data (as described in https://github.com/UCLouvain-CBIO/depmap/issues/61)
  2. the 20Q4 mutationCalls data
