Hello!

Running:

library(depmap)

gives me the following error:

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘depmap’:
 .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'depmap', details:
  call: FUN(X[[i]], ...)
  error: ‘crispr_22Q1’ not found in ExperimentHub

However, when I do:

library(ExperimentHub)
eh <- ExperimentHub()
query(eh, "crispr_22Q1")

I get:

ExperimentHub with 1 record
# snapshotDate(): 2023-10-24
# names(): EH7523
# package(): depmap

meaning crispr_22Q1 is in ExperimentHub.

Kindly assist.

What is your sessionInfo()?

Interestingly, when I went home and tried this, it worked without issue.

But at work I get the same message.

It appears to have something to do with my network connection here so I'll contact my IT department to troubleshoot.

Thank you for the quick response though! 😃
