We could document how to perform dowstream analysis using other software (e.g. scran, scuttle, ...)

[x] Dimension reduction
[ ] Cluster analysis
[ ] Show how to identify marker genes and perform cluster annotation
[ ] Differential expression analysis/ Differential abundance analysis
[ ] Show how to compute cell type correlations; filtering based on percentage of most variable proteins or DEs, ... and get access to which proteins.

This is solved with the scp data modelling (scplainer) vignette.
