[ ] Show how to compute cell type correlations; filtering based on percentage of most variable proteins or DEs, ... and get access to which proteins.
[ ] Show how to identify marker genes.
[ ] Samples for which we don't have pre-defined cell types. Need some code to get started with identifying clusters/groups. Describe how to define these clusters (eg singleR), using other packages, or even manually on screen.
[ ] Following on from this - highlight that we use SingleCellExperiment that makes is easy to plug in scRNA-seq methods.
