Implement unit test for `computeMedianCV` #5

Commit https://github.com/UCLouvain-CBIO/scp/commit/51ffc75f6778e21aae16194fcb59076c09a4352e implements a very basic test, but this should be quickly improved.

computeMedianCV is difficult to test because the implementation is messy. Hence, I close this issue and suggest to transfer the topic to issue #7.
