This issue is to keep track of the progress of the unit testing. Unit test should be written for the function in the following scripts:

[x] R/ScpModel-Class.R
[x] R/ScpModelFit-Class.R
[x] R/ScpModel-Workflow.R
[x] R/ScpModel-VarianceAnalysis.R
[x] R/ScpModel-DifferentialAnalysis.R
[x] R/ScpModel-ComponentAnalysis.R
[x] R/ScpModel-Utils.R
