Looks very good to me. I was surprised to see the protein data to be in long format and wanted to have a look at the data table from DataVerse. However, it says I am not authorised to access your repo. Is this intended?

It is intended for the time being. As the data was provided by its authors and not made public, I had to check that everything was fine with them before making it all public. They have replied and I will publish the dataset on Dataverse as soon as possible. You can already access the files on the cluster (DataSets\SCPCBIO\SNEcomb_sc8227_ASTRAL).
