Zeno's membership page needs to be completed so that he can work on Issue 14

Which directory is the membership page under? Also, what kind of content should be added onto it?

in the about/ directory under membership

Content is open to discussion, but we'd like to have at least requirements and benefits. Preferably some photos, maybe a note about national membership

Added content to membership page in commit: fb09a90865c69aa7f72ff28c3b05d673336c766a

I will need help brainstorming more content, but the format of the page shouldn't change too much.
