Update note at bottom of plot

Make it similar to sector satisfaction plot where:

sector is on the y-axis
% respondents on x-axis
radio buttons will change the year

UPDATE: decided to make all bars the same color bc differentiating with color is unnecessary and also may be confusing, since these same three colors (cream, teal, dark blue) are used to represent low, median, high salaries in other plots.

Can change dark blue to an alternative color (e.g. green, gray?). Left as dark blue for now bc it's a recognizable Bren branding color and is also easy on the eyes.
