Video player on Bisque slows instance #59

Description / Steps to Recreate:

If a user clicks on an MP4 file that is present on Bisque, its getting unresponsive and slow.

Clicking on a video on Bisque is slowing the entire server. Not sure if this is because - Video player code is occupying all CPU cores on the node.
