Time allocated vs. time spent was a little off. We covered ep. 06-rendering-code-yaml from day 2 on day 1, since we had more time. However, I hesitate to change times based on this offering, considering we had a smaller and more advanced group than we expected. All participants knew R and RStudio relatively well and half the participants had used Quarto before.

Add a note when we submit to the incubator, so instructors can indicate time spent.
