Inquiry on the undetermined (NNN) tRNA #39

Hi

I am trying to find the viral host between viral and bacterial tRNAs using BLAST

I would like to ask what undetermined (NNN) tRNA stand for. Does it mean "undetermined tRNAs are true tRNA with unknown sequence" ??

It means that tRNAscan-SE is not able to determine the identity of the predicted tRNA gene in terms of tRNA isotype and anticodon due to the noncanonical secondary structure of the gene.
