Disallow creation of sample groups with non-unique sample names across multiple datasets. #100

When #85 is fixed, it becomes possible to create a sample group combining the samples of data set A (which has sample 123), and data set B (which has sample 123 but with different expression data.)

This should be prevented. (arguably.)

During sample group creation, log all fully-qualified sample names observed when adding each data set, and confirm the sample names are unique.
