Improvements to N of 1 analysis display - simple stuff #62

  1. [ ] Should be sorted by value, not by alphabet. The value should be dependent on context: "Upregulated" should be high to low "Down regulated" should be low to high.
  2. [x] Copy to clip board should copy all genes, not just the visible ones
  3. [ ] Copy to clip board should also copy the values.

Thanks! Copy to clipboard does copy all genes currently.

  1. Should we sort it by the amount it's up/down regulated as compared with the cohort? As opposed to just the value?
  2. Olena/the analysis team doesn't want the values to be copied with that button.

Just the obvious value.

  1. Olena/the analysis team doesn't want the values to be copied with that button. Ok. If we used hands on table then normal platform copy would work fine.
