Queue testing

• Renamed data.py to queue.py in order to better represent what is actually happening within the script.
• Removed the indexing of lists to access the correct data file. Instead using a threading safe Queue in order to make sure that no two threads are creating batches of the same data.npy file.
• Created a queue_test.py script which should cover most if not all of queue.py
