Embed Signal align output with probabilities:

for each event, get probability for of each kmer possibly assigned to the event (threshold = 0)
turn those events into feature vector

We can scrape the signal align file but we still need to create a feature vector that has probability sum to one.

Can get signalalign output and embed into fast5 file.
