[8] Bulkrax: LDP error #522

When doing an import in bulkrax, collections throw this error: Error: Ldp::Conflict - The repository type (http://fedora.info/definitions/v4/repository#Container) of this resource is system managed.

Example here: http://digitalcollections-staging-sandbox.library.ucsc.edu/importers/79/entries/879?locale=en

Acceptance criteria:

[x] Collection records imported without error
[x] Collection records exported without error

I noted an error with an export defined with an importer with a collection in it. The collection wasn't included on the export, and this is the most likely underlying cause.
