Publisher Homepage doesn't display

Descriptive Summary

As a user I want to be able to click a link to go to the publishers homepage, if available.

Background

We have a metadata field for publisher homepage, which is successfully imported and exported using Bulkrax. However, on work show pages the publisher information is displayed instead of the publisher homepage.

Acceptance Criteria

This is what done looks like

• [ ] Publisher homepage displays on work pages, and clicking the link takes you to the URL.
• [ ] Publisher homepage can be imported and exported without error.

This is a bug introduced at some point during the past year. It is present on sandbox, but not on production.
