Certain lecture files missing #22

The ingest success rate on the lecture audio files was apparently not quite 100%, and a few of the lectures did not ingest properly. They can be fixed manually.

I believe that all of the lecture files we were provided have been successfully uploaded. Please let me know if you find an exception to this.

Only one file - hitchcock 1977 track 3 - was actually missing in the end. This is a very good success rate (>99%). The one missing file is being processed now.
