There is one "create work" button on the dashboard for each work type. They look identical, and it is totally unclear what they each do. This is a general issue with multiple work type in sufia; the default interface hasn't quite caught up to this functionality. It does not affect the public views, only logged in users.

At least they now show the proper work type names, though the layout is still pretty ugly. At least it is only on the admin end. I'm counting it resolved for now, assuming that it will get fixed better in subsequent upgrades. I know the Hydra community is doing a lot of work currently on admin dashboard improvements.
