• [ ] Collection has been published and is available to users on DAMS homepage

Update Discussion was had about how to best proceed with migrating this collection.

• Sue’s recommendation: migrate as individual maps/items for now. Keep collection and series titles
• DECISION: move forward with Sue’s rec
• ACTION: RJ to review MARC records possibly in conjunction with physical maps

Update/next steps:

• Metadata for this collection will require some minimal reworking: will need to be updated to conform to the bulkrax ingest standard and relationships will need to be assigned.
• Will need to decided if we want to ingest these atlases as complex image object sets or as filesets. Each page/file of the atlases has robust page-level metadata, will need to check with devs if this can be supported if we prefer to ingest as filesets.
• Will need to check to ensure that files are ready for ingest and moved to dams_ingest.
