(2) Update metadata display labels

Descriptive summary

Implement the changes recommended as part of the work on #374 and documented on the DAMS data dictionary. Display labels for metadata properties will need to be updated on the metadata .yml file.

Acceptance criteria

Done means:

• [ ] Labels (data dictionary) have been updated in the DAMS metadata configuration file
• [ ] Updated labels display in the public-facing UI

@snehagunduraoUL Looks good. Looking at this guy (http://digitalcollections-staging-sandbox.library.ucsc.edu/concern/works/wm117p43h?locale=en), labels match what is on the data dictionary ... for better or worse.

One minor correction: Can "Contributors" be updated to "Contributor"?
