(3) Audio ingest on sandbox #665

Describe the bug

Attempted to ingest a sample set of audio files on sandbox and derivatives were not created. Turns out it is a software issue: ffmpeg has not been installed.

Acceptance criteria

Done means:

[x] ffmpeg installed and any dependencies have been resolved
[x] derivatives are being created and files can be played

libfdk-aac encoder dependency was also missing along with ffmpeg installation.

This ticket has no code changes involved..moving to done
