Possible way to hide annotations on spectrograms #20

Having annotations on top of the spectrograms makes the spectrogram harder to see. Need a button (or toggle) to hide and show annotations.

Would be nice to have some sort of checkbox that would enable a user to turn off all annotations temporarily. This would be handy in situations where there might be a constant vocalization of interest occurring throughout the entirety of a clip as well as shorter vocalizations of interest throughout. This could maybe come in the form of being able to hide annotations of a certain class. I thought of this while listening to a clip from the Scripps Coastal Reserve where there was the sound of an airplane throughout the clip, would be nice to annotate that, then hide it to get it out of the way if I wanted to annotate bird vocalizations that occurred as well. Similar situation can happen with Howler Monkey vocalizations that usually occur throughout a clip, that causes birds to oftentimes vocalize as well.
